Ginger Dog Studio digitized some old VHS tapes for me and did an excellent job!

Ginger Dog Studio converted the videos of my kids when they were youngsters. We had a fun Christmas afternoon watching them. But for me, the best part of the day was seeing and hearing their reaction when they opened their presents, and realized what they were. The last time that reaction to a present occurred was in the 90’s when they got their Nintendo! Forever indebted for that great memory !

Ginger Dog Studio, thanks for reaching back to me. I have many VHS tapes from when my children were growing up I would like converted. Several years back I put all of them on DVD but my quality production was not all that great. The oldest ones (1984-1987) are very grainy. Are they recoverable? I still have all the tapes.
-Bill

Ginger Dog Studio (reply): We will be happy to look at them at no charge.... Unfortunately, VHS tapes are becoming less and less "substantial" as a storage media... The tape surface is literally coming off onto the tape machine head as they run/play. So, yes, they are usually recoverable, but improving the quality is probably only wishful thinking...

The movies look great. Thank you for preserving some memories I may have some more in the future once I’ve looked through my storage!

Thanks for preserving our family history!

My parent anniversary party went fantastic. They loved the surprise! "Best anniversary gift ever" was used multiple times over the weekend. I can't thank you enough for the quick turnaround! I have another set to get to you from the earlier years. And yes, you can use some of the footage.
P.S. I Love having all the clips run together in one long film!
-Janet

OMG, I have laughed and cried! You made my day, week, year! I took most of these and never claimed to be a good photographer. I actually was in some of the scenes by some miracle. Thank you so much. Just let me know how much I owe you for these priceless memories. It just hit me again how much I miss my parents. -Jane
